sections, may be converted into meeting areas where 9 separate meetings
can be held at the same time. The center has a total service capacity
for 2200 people.

Welcome to our Web Site.
I would like to present
you a brief history of our hotel first.
The
foundation attempts of T�TAS, the administrative body of our hotel,
started in 1967 with the visit of Mr. Vehbi Ko� to Germany upon the
invitation of Federal Government of Germany.
The German DEG Company,
which desired to construct a city hotel and a resort village in the
South Area of Turkey, especially in Antalya, mentioned their desire of
co-operation to Mr. Vehbi Ko�. Believing that such a pilot facility not
only would flourish foreign currency flow into the country, but also
would play a pioneering and leading role for the country, Mr. Vehbi Ko�
signed a protocol on 17.10.1967. Mr. Ko� mentioned the matter to the
Prime Minister of the time after returning Home, and persuaded Is Bank
to participate with the proposed investments. Following determination of
the area, obtaining the Touristic Permission and long and hard
construction work, the hotel was opened in 1975.
TALYA HOTEL,
virtually identified and mentioned with the local tourism always, has
been a contemporary and distinguished sample of modern administration,
and has given significant contributions in the widening of sector
conscience and knowledge accumulation during the 26-year period since
1975.
TALYA CONGRESS CENTER, constructed nearby the Hotel in 1996, is
among the best of its kinds in Turkey, with its capacity and technical
features. The center, being the host of several national and
international meetings since its opening, incorporates four meeting
rooms which can serve up to 2000 people.
